Faulty Product Returns:

In the event that you receive a faulty product, please initiate the return process by submitting an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) form through our online platform, which simplifies the selection of products for return without the need for extensive order and serial number searches.
Please note any faulty items received will need to reported within 10 working days of delivery.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Please be aware that most products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which we are obligated to follow. We continuously liaise with manufacturers to expedite all returns efficiently.
As an intermediary facilitating your transaction, please be advised that the timelines for processing returns and resolving related issues are governed by our partners and thus fall beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, we are committed to advocating on your behalf and will diligently follow up to ensure the promptest resolution possible within the constraints of these external timeframes
Customer Induced Damage:

For items returned with damages attributed to customer actions, such as bent pins on a motherboard or other forms of misuse or tampering, we will assess a chargeable repair in addition to a £25 handling fee. This fee is levied to cover the administrative and logistical efforts required to process and evaluate the item for repair. Please be advised that these charges, including the repair cost and the non-refundable £25 handling fee, must be pre-approved and settled by the customer before repair work begins. It's important to note that items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund under our standard returns policy.
Stock Rotation and Customer Error Returns:
Returns due to stock rotation or customer error are subject to Bluebolt Biz's approval and a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued at the current market value or the price paid, whichever is lower, minus the restocking fee.
Products must be returned in pristine, unopened condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Bluebolt Biz reserves the right to refuse credit for any products not returned in a satisfactory condition.
Returns Procedure:
RMA Registration:

To initiate a return, please register for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our website. https://www.bluebolt.biz/rma
Returns that arrive without prior RMA registration will be held until the required information is submitted and validated.
Shipping Instructions: It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods at their own expense. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit and include all original documentation and accessories. Please affix your order number prominently on the package (your order number is available on your initial order confirmation). Please note that Bluebolt Biz assumes no liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit.
Evaluation Process: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine whether repair or replacement is warranted. Should the items be deemed fault-free, a testing fee of £20.00 plus VAT will apply, in addition to the cost of return shipping borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Goods:
Goods supplied as ordered but returned incomplete, in non-resaleable condition, or in non-original packaging may be refused for restocking.
A minimum 10% restocking fee (£5 minimum plus VAT) and a testing charge of £20.00 plus VAT apply. We reserve the right to refuse restocking for goods not meeting these conditions.
